Investment & Terms

IP & Confidentiality

All intellectual property developed during the engagement — including MVPs and applications — is owned by the partner. NicheFinders AI retains no claim over built assets delivered to the partner.

Business data, processes, and any confidential information shared during the engagement are strictly confidential and are never shared with third parties.

Payment is monthly. The engagement begins after the partner agreement is signed and the first month's payment is received.
